Case description: Mother with her 5 weeks old boy infant came to pediatrician. She complains that son started vomiting couple weeks ago and it's progressively worsening and projectile.

Diagnosis: pyloric stenoses
investigation :gastroscopy
it maybe a symptom of increase ICP like SOL ,meningitis if there is meningism neck stiffness ...etc
