Case description: Mrs. XY is a Caucasian 22 yo female that sees double when looking to the right. She says that this appeared 2 days ago. At first she attributed it to tiredness but as the symptom insisted she finally decided to visit a GP. She additionally mentions that for the last 3 months she suffers from haedaches and pains in the joints and muscles, has a poor appetite and feels tired most of the time. Her physical as well as the neurological examination were normal with one exception. Upon examination of the extra-ocular movements and as the patient was looking to the right, the left eye didn't seem to move at all, while the right was fully adducted with simultaneous nystagmus.

Question: What is the differential diagnosis?

Mr. Richardson is 36 year old architect who presents with sudden blindness in his left eye. He claims he had been experiencing trouble with vision for several days and found he was blind in his left eye. He has never before had any trouble with his vision. He mentioned that 2 years ago he had trouble with balance and walking for 2 weeks, has had several problems with urinating and had to be catheterized twice. He's a non-smoker. Both parents are living, in their sixties, and in good health. He has two younger brothers, both in good health, neither with chronic medical problems.

What disease could he suffer from? and how can you confirm it?

Case description: 21 yo male ordered some shrimps during a family dinner. After the meal he began suffocating. His first assumtion was, that something was stuck in his throat so he tried to spit it out, nothing came out but his condition began to get worse. The surrouding people noticed the man swelling and getting pale. His sister is allergic to shimps. The ambulance was called - estimated time of arrival, 20 min but the man is bearley breathing by now
